A tiny private house stands on a vast plot of 1000m2, 130km distant from Ho Chi Minh City where the residents used to live. As the population skyrockets in the megacity, this outer fringe of suburbs are now considered the frontline of urbanization, but still with limited resources and technology. Learning from the ordinary house, the project seeks to be the "Industrial vernacular" of today. Client described this environment as "A 1000m2 house ".
